Dennis Chang is a seasoned entrepreneur, CTO and solution architect. He is currently the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of El Pando Pte Ltd.
Dennis has a MSc degree in Communication Software and Networks, as well as a B.Eng (Hons) degree from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) of Singapore.
