Instagram is a popular social networking app made for sharing photos and videos from a smartphone. People can share photos and videos with their followers on Instagram while their followers can “like” and comment on the images/videos.

One of the common queries we get from people is that, how do we save or download photos and video from Instagram? In this post, we shall provide step-by-step on how to download photos and videos with their actual resolutions using Mozilla Firefox:

1.     Open Mozilla Firefox web browser on your PC / laptop

2.     Go to Instagram’s URL (https://www.instagram.com) and login to your account.

3.     Go to the page of the Instagrammer which you are interested in.

4.     Right-click on the image/video you want to save and click “Open Link in New Tab” (see picture below).

5.     A new page is loaded onto a new tab in Firefox. Go to the new tab.

6.    Right-click on the new tab and select “View Page Info” (see picture below).

7.     A window will pop-up as shown in the picture below:

8.     Click on “Media” icon and scroll down the “Address/Type” list to the image / video you want to download.

9.     Click “Save As” button to download the image / video.

The above steps will let you download the photos and videos from Instagram in their actual resolutions.
